• Refunds are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy and the terms of the booking.
• Fully refundable bookings must be canceled within the specified time frame to receive a full refund.
• Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Refund requests for eligible cancellations must be submitted within 7 days of the cancellation date.
• Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
